We understand that you may have some concerns regarding our products and their suitability to meet your needs. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on used candles.

However if a product is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace the item (s) damaged. 

​

​Please note that sale items, gift cards, seasonal items, or any unused item that is older than 14 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your package has already left our facility and is in the hands of the mail carrier.

At Free Indeed Candles, we are committed to creating high-quality, handcrafted products for both individual and bulk customers. Please review the following terms specific to custom and wholesale orders.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Because these items are personalized and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or changes once an order is confirmed and processed. Please double-check all details before placing a custom order.

 

Wholesale orders are also considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases unless the items are defective or damaged upon delivery. While we take every precaution to ensure your items are packaged safely, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will review each case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Local Drop off

​

In hopes of keeping shipping costs down, we are offering local drop-off to Frederick, Maryland residents within a 17-mile radius. A $3 delivery free will be added to your order at check out. Since we are a newly established business the only day we are doing local drop-off is Friday's 9 am-3 pm.
